As a critically-acclaimed actress and the mother of a toddler, Maggie Gyllenhaal has a lot of roles to juggle, literally. Now she has added philanthropist to the list as she works with Duracell Power a Smile to provide funding for children's hospitals and toys for young patients this holiday season. We caught up with the busy New Yorker to see what's on her mind.

A. I just bought a Stella McCartney cashmere jumpsuit.

A. I'm halfway through The Brief Wondrous Life of Oscar Wao by Junot Diaz.

A. I've turned into a cook-at-home person.
