- 3 tablespoons roasted almond butter
- 2 slices banana or cranberry bread
- 1½ finger bananas (or ½ regular banana), peeled and sliced lengthwise
Spread a thick layer of the almond butter over each bread slice. Top with the banana slices and serve open-faced.
