  • 2 cups soft or silken tofu
  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and stems removed
  • ½ cup plain soy milk
  • ½ cup ice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons strawberry jam

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Pour and serve.
