- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2-inch strips
- 1 tablespoon NutriFit Calypso Salt Free Spice Blend
- 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1/2 red onion, peeled and sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into 1/4-inch strips
- 2/3 cup fresh salsa, medium spicy
- Season the chicken with the spice blend. Cover the chicken with plastic wrap and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a medium-sized sauté pan, add the oil, garlic, onion, and bell peppers, and saute over high heat for about 3 minutes.
- Add the chicken and cook over high heat for 10 minutes, or until the meat is cooked, stirring constantly. Serve immediately with salsa on the side.
