Witches' Brew
Serves 12
- 1 32-ounce bottle pear juice
- 1 64-ounce bottle white cranberry juice
- Green food coloring
- Dry-ice pellets
- Mix the juices and add 4 to 8 drops of green food coloring—depending on how green you want it.
- Using plastic or silicone tongs or leather gloves (do not allow dry ice to touch your skin), drop a few pellets of dry ice into the mixture.
- Wait until all the dry ice has dissolved before serving. (It will add carbonation to the drink.)
