Sweet Salmon

Ingredients

Serves 4 | 20 minutes

  • Juice of 1/2 small orange
  • 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 1 1/2 pounds wild-salmon filet (preferably about 1 inch thick—any thicker and they're harder to cook evenly)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

  1. Whisk together the first three ingredients, and brush the salmon filets with the resulting glaze.
  2. Broil the fish on the top rack for about 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper, and serve with a green salad and rice.
