Ingredients
Serves 4 | 20 minutes- Juice of 1/2 small orange
- 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1 1/2 pounds wild-salmon filet (preferably about 1 inch thick—any thicker and they're harder to cook evenly)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Whisk together the first three ingredients, and brush the salmon filets with the resulting glaze.
- Broil the fish on the top rack for about 10 to 12 minutes. Sprinkle with the salt and pepper, and serve with a green salad and rice.
