"When people are on a career break, they don't always know where to start," says Carol Fishman Cohen, who, with Vivian Steir Rabin, coauthored Back on the Career Track: A Guide for Stay-at-Home Moms Who Want to Return to Work. "They need a framework to guide them back." She and Rabin have started running small programs, called iRelaunch, around the country and are advising schools and companies organizing dozens more. To download their comprehensive list of over 62 re-entry programs at universities and corporations nationwide, visit iRelaunch (PDF).
