Shopping Mall Santas Put on Diet

Santa

No more milk and cookies for Santa this Christmas.

British shopping malls are telling the jolly fat guy he has to get fit or get out. One mall has even set up a Santa boot camp. The mall's spokeswoman explains:

Bluewater's Santa Boot Camp is getting Santa in shape and setting a good example to children who idolize him.

To prove that their new fit and healthy program isn't just lip service, U.K. shopping centers are shutting down all the fast food restaurants and candy stores in their malls as well. Oh wait -- that would actually cut into profits -- never mind.
