Time Out New York Kids features the homes of four children's furniture designers from a mini-loft in Brooklyn to a small apartment on the Lower East Side. There are tons of hidden design-idea gems, like this one: Jennifer Carpenter, a children's furniture designer for Nurseryworks and Offi, built floor-to-ceiling storage when her second son was born to make more floor space. She also used the built-in desk as a changing table.
