Reader Question: Unbreakable Dishware
"I'm on the hunt for something other than white porcelain dishes. The only problem is, I need it to be unbreakable (have a very curious 3-year-old) and easy to maintain. Any ideas?" Anne, Kansas City

That is great for picnics. At home, I use Buffalo China, restaurant style, it's pretty tough and doesn't slide off the table or flip easily. The large peices are too heavy for little ones to carry though. I love the modern designs, but I'm always drawn to the classics. I even let my kids use vintage china I buy at tag sales.
