I'm about to create a room for my 3 1/2-year-old twin boys. I'm thinking of painting the walls a deep blue, with white window trim and baseboards, and doing two of the walls with wallpaper. I'd like something not too serious but not too precious and babyish. Do you have any suggestions? -- Joanna Bucker, Brooklyn, NY
