GIGGLE/COOKIE NURSERY GIVEAWAY Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 A.M. ET on 3/18/08 and ends at 11:59 P.M. ET on 4/15/08. To enter, log on to www.cookiemag.com/go/nursery, complete the online entry form, and submit as instructed. All entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. ET on 4/15/08. Only one entry per person/e-mail address may be entered. One (1) Potential Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 4/16/08 and will be notified by e-mail or telephone. The prize is one (1) Oeuf Classic crib in Birch (ARV $890), one (1) Oeuf changing station (ARV $230), one (1) Dwell crib set in Motif (ARV $352), and one (1) set of Dwell Dots wall art (ARV $92). Total approximate retail value of the prize package is $1,564. For the name of the Winner, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Giggle/Cookie Nursery Giveaway, c/o Cookie magazine, 4 Times Square, New York, NY 10036 after 4/16/08 but before 10/16/08. ADDITIONAL RULES APPLY TO BOTH SWEEPSTAKES:

1 Entries that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor's servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry processes or the operation of the website. Use of bots or other automated processes to enter is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential Winners will be contacted by e-mail and/or telephone. If any Potential Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within three (3) days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such Potential Winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

2 Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winners.

3 Entrants and online voters must be legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and/or the District of Columbia and at least 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry/vote. Employees of Sponsor and their immediate families are not eligible. Entrants and online voters agree to abide by these Official Rules, and understand that any violation of the rules may result in disqualification.

4 Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of these sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution, or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such errors at its sole discretion without liability.

5 The odds of winning the two sweepstakes depends on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions for any prize except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects.

6 All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By providing your e-mail address, you grant Sponsor the right to send you commercial messages and share your address with others, unless specified otherwise as indicated on the entry form.

7 Except where prohibited: (i) Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use Winners' names and likenesses for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) Potential Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (including Social Security number) and liability/publicity release; (iii) and Potential Winner and travel companions may be required to execute a release of Sponsor from any and all liability with respect to participation in the sweepstakes and/or contest or use of the prizes. Affidavits and releases must be returned within ten (10) days of attempted notification, or an alternate winner may be chosen.
