NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS CONTEST. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
Mrs. young sex challenge Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 a.m. ET on 9/16/08 and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on 10/21/08, when all entries must be received. To enter, log on to www.cookiemag.com/go/sexchallenge and complete the online entry form. Only one (1) entry per person/e-mail address. One (1) grand prize winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 10/22/08, and will be notified by e-mail or telephone. The grand prize is two (2) coach airfare tickets from the major commercial airport nearest winner's primary residence in the U.S. to Jamaica and one (1) standard hotel room (double occupancy) for three (3) nights at a hotel selected by Sponsor. The approximate retail value of the prize is $1,200.00 depending on exact itinerary. Actual value may vary based on fluctuations in price for airfare and/or accommodations, and distance between departure and destination. Ground transportation, meals, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., minibar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, and all other expenses are not included. Winner and travel companion must be available to travel on the same itinerary. Trip must be booked by 12/31/2008 and completed by 10/22/2009 and may be subject to certain other restrictions, including, without limitation, blackout dates. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner's preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor's sole discretion. If, in the sole judgment of Sponsor, air travel is not required due to winner's proximity to prize location, ground transportation may be substituted for round-trip air travel. Unless child of winner, travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure. For the names of the winners, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to "Mrs. Young Sex Challenge," c/o Cookie magazine, 4 Times Square, New York, NY 10036, after 10/22/08 but before 4/22/09.
ADDITIONAL RULES APPLY TO EACH GIVEAWAY:
1. Entries/votes that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor's servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry/voting processes or the operation of the website. Use of bots or other automated processes to enter/vote is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify any promotion not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries/votes will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry/vote. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Potential Winners will be contacted by e-mail and/or telephone. If any Potential Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within five (5) days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such Potential Winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
2. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the Winners.
3. Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and/or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate families, and those living in the same household are not eligible. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules, and understand that any violation of the rules may result in disqualification.
4. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of these sweepstakes, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution, or production errors, and may modify or cancel this promotion based upon such errors at its sole discretion without liability.
5. The odds of winning the sweepstakes depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions for any prize except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects.
6. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By providing your e-mail address, you grant Sponsor the right to send you commercial messages and share your address with others, unless specified otherwise as indicated on the entry form.
7. Except where prohibited: (i) Acceptance of prize constitutes consent to use Winners' names and likenesses for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) Potential Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (including Social Security number) and liability/publicity release, which must be returned within ten (10) days of attempted notification, or an alternate Winner may be chosen.
