Sweepstakes begins at 12:01 A.M. ET on 8/11/09 and ends 11:59 P.M. ET on 9/14/09, when all entries must be received. To enter, log on to cookiemag.com/go/wordofmom, complete the online entry form, vote and submit as instructed. Only one (1) entry/vote per person/e-mail address. One (1) potential Grand Prize Winner and five (5) potential First Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about 9/28/09 and will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail. The Grand Prize is lodging for a family of four (4) for three (3) nights at Francis Ford Coppola's Blancaneaux Lodge in Belize and four (4) nights at Francis Ford Coppola's Turtle Inn in Belize; ground transportation from Belize International Airport to Blancaneaux Lodge; ground transportation from Blancaneaux Lodge to Turtle Inn; air transportation from Turtle Inn to Belize International Airport; continental breakfast daily; and taxes and service charges on accommodations and breakfasts. Total approximate retail value of the Grand Prize package is $6,500, depending on exact itinerary; actual value may vary based on fluctuations in the price of accommodations. Airfare to Belize, additional ground transportation, taxes and service charges, tours and excursions or activities, additional meals, in-room or other personal charges at lodging (e.g., minibar, movies), telephone calls, gratuities, incidentals, departure taxes when leaving Belize, and all other expenses are not included. Sponsor will attempt to accommodate winner's preferred itinerary, but all specifics thereof will be at Sponsor's sole discretion. ADDITIONAL RULES

1. Entries/votes that are lost, late, misdirected, incorrect, garbled, or incompletely received, for any reason, including by reason of hardware, software, browser, or network failure, malfunction, congestion, or incompatibility at Sponsor's servers or elsewhere, will not be eligible. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the entry processes or the operation of the website. Use of bots or other automated processes to enter/vote is prohibited and may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of Sponsor. Sponsor further reserves the right to cancel, terminate, or modify the Promotion or any aspect/component thereof that is not capable of completion as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, force majeure, or technical failures of any sort. In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institute) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. If any Potential Winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within three (3) days, or the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, such Potential Winner forfeits all rights to any prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.
2. Income and other taxes, if any, are the sole responsibility of the winners.
3. Open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and/or the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees of Sponsor, their immediate families, and those living in the same household are not eligible. Entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules, and understand that any violation of the rules may result in disqualification.
4. Subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void outside the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, and where prohibited. Any violation of these rules may result in disqualification. Sponsor is not responsible for errors in the administration or fulfillment of these Promotions, including without limitation mechanical, human, printing, distribution, or production errors, and may modify or cancel any Promotion or aspect/component thereof based upon such errors at its sole discretion without liability.
5. The odds of winning each Sweepstakes depends on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions for any Prize except by Sponsor, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be substituted. All decisions of the judges are final and binding in all respects.
6. All entries become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. By providing your e-mail address, you grant Sponsor the right to send you commercial messages and share your address with others, unless specified otherwise as indicated on the entry form.
7. Except where prohibited: (i) Acceptance of Prize constitutes consent to use Winners' names and likenesses for editorial, advertising, and publicity purposes, without further compensation; (ii) Potential Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility (including Social Security number) and liability/publicity release. Potential winner of the Word of Mom™ Voter Giveaway, and Potential Winner's travel companions, may be required to execute releases of Sponsor from any and all liability with respect to participation in the sweepstakes and or use of the prize. Affidavits and releases must be returned within ten (10) days of attempted notification, or an alternate Winner may be chosen.
