Oympos
Kadir's Tree Houses

Situated off Turkey's Mediterranean coast, this group of 40 tree houses sits close together, like a dreamy elevated village. The thatched-roof tree houses have traditional staircases (with charming handmade railings), not ladders, making access easier for small children—and there are also cabins on the ground should you decide to be more down-to-earth. A lively restaurant serves Mediterranean cuisine; the resort also has a snack bar, laundry service, and Internet access. Olympos, $30 a night per person.
